Derick Hall Signs $46.5M Seahawks Extension After Super Bowl

The Seattle Seahawks have agreed a contract extension worth up to $46.5 million with linebacker Derick Hall, according to ESPN. The 25-year-old edge rusher played a pivotal role as the Seahawks won Super Bowl LX, recording two sacks and a forced fumble in their victory over the New England Patriots.

The extension includes $21 million guaranteed and could reach a total value of $46.5 million, keeping Hall under contract through 2029. The deal comes just 24 hours after the Los Angeles Rams traded for Cleveland Browns superstar Myles Garrett in the biggest move of the offseason so far.

Hall's performance in the Super Bowl was instrumental in securing the franchise's first title since 2014. His new contract reflects his growing importance to the Seahawks defense.
