Vogue Williams Flaunts Abs in Lavish Irish Home Gym Amid London Move
Vogue Williams Shows Off Irish Home Gym & London Move

Television personality and podcaster Vogue Williams has given her social media followers an exclusive look inside her impressive personal gym, located within her Irish residence. The star, aged 40, showcased her enviable washboard abs while dressed in a coordinated long-sleeved crop top and matching leggings during a recent Instagram Stories session on Thursday.

A Glimpse Into Vogue's Favourite Room

Describing the space as her "favourite room in the house," Vogue revealed a comprehensively equipped home gym that would rival many professional fitness facilities. The room features multiple rows of kettlebells and dumbbells, two separate bike machines, and a substantial multi-gym frame, providing everything needed for a rigorous workout regimen.

Property Moves and Family Transitions

This display comes during a significant period of transition for Vogue and her husband, former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, aged 37. The couple, who share three children - Theodore (8), Gigi (6), and Otto (4) - recently vacated their £4.25 million apartment in Battersea earlier this month. They are currently awaiting the completion of extensive renovations on what they describe as their "forever home" in London.

The Battersea flat had been on the market for approximately two years, with the couple reducing the asking price by a remarkable £1 million during that period. Most recently, in April 2025, they decreased the price by an additional £450,000, reflecting the challenging property market conditions.

The Irish Residence in Howth

Vogue's Irish home in Howth, Dublin, which she acquired in 2023, boasts numerous luxurious features beyond the impressive gym. The property includes grand reception rooms, lavish interior design elements, a substantial pink kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and even a studio bedroom complete with its own kitchenette.

The London Forever Home Project

In a YouTube vlog released in December, Vogue disclosed that she and Spencer had successfully sold their first shared home and purchased their permanent family residence in London back in June. The period property, situated not far from their previous Battersea apartment, requires substantial renovation work estimated to take at least eighteen months.

During the transition, the family has relocated to a rental property nearby to maintain continuity for their children's schooling. Vogue expressed mixed emotions about leaving the Battersea flat, noting: "We've lived here for seven years. It's the first place we lived together. All our kids were born here."

The television personality, who holds a degree in quantity surveying, admitted her expertise has proven invaluable during the renovation planning process. She revealed needing to "put the reins on" Spencer regarding budgetary constraints, despite his ambitious design ideas for their dream home.

Features of the New London Property

The couple's future London residence retains numerous original period features including fireplaces, decorative cornicing, and ceiling roses. The property also benefits from a substantial garden area, though Vogue acknowledged they plan to clear much of the existing shrubbery to create a larger lawn space for their children to play.

Reflecting on their property journey, Vogue explained their motivation for moving: "Our apartment in London is great. It's two floors, but the kids can't be downstairs on their own. It just doesn't work for our family at that age. It's too small. So we're just trying to find somewhere with a little bit more space."

The couple initially purchased their Battersea flat after just six months of dating and subsequently undertook significant renovations to accommodate their growing family before deciding to pursue their permanent London home.
