Goulding proudly showcased a pouch of the functional mushroom powder while shopping at Daylesford Organic. The musician, who launched her side business Everystate earlier this year, wrote to her followers that the blend was 'the perfect gift for someone who wants to start their year right'. She explained her interest began during lockdown, and she now credits the superfood with improving her health and helping manage anxiety.
Her venture offers subscriptions for £36 a month or a one-off supply for £45, with each delivery containing 20g of powdered mushroom designed to be mixed with milk. Goulding previously told The Times that while the business is 'un-rock'n'roll', she has been fascinated by functional mushrooms for some time. The star also hinted at a pragmatic reason for the venture, noting she can't make as much through touring as she once could.

Reports indicate she has recently sold a mews cottage in West London for £1.3 million, a significant £260,000 less than the purchase price. Documents from her company, Miss EG Properties, show a mortgage on the home was settled upon the sale.
This follows the sale of her former marital home with ex-husband Caspar Jopling last December. The Marylebone townhouse was sold at an eye-watering £625,000 loss after several price reductions, having initially been listed for £5.95 million in 2020. A source suggested the sales were part of 'readjusting' following her breakup and a challenging property market.
