Molly-Mae & Tommy Fury's £5m Mansion Renovation: Pool, Gym & Delays
Molly-Mae & Tommy Fury's £5m Mansion Renovation Revealed

Influencer Molly-Mae Hague and professional boxer Tommy Fury have offered their followers a fresh look inside the ambitious renovation of their lavish new Cheshire home. The couple, who purchased the seven-bedroom Victorian mansion for £5million in August 2024, have been meticulously restoring the property, though not without encountering significant delays.

A Peek Inside the Luxury Renovation

Tommy Fury, who has recently begun vlogging on YouTube, shared a 'day in the life' video that prominently featured their new abode. The footage showcased the boxer working out, caring for the couple's toddler, Bambi, and enjoying the home's premium amenities. "Bambi is having a swimming lesson in the pool room," Tommy revealed, giving viewers a glimpse of the indoor pool. He also presented a large, fully-equipped private gym and an infrared sauna, which he uses for 20 minutes every night to aid his sleep, followed by a plunge in the pool.

Molly-Mae has similarly documented the renovation journey for her audience. She showed a temporary 'make do' dressing room while her permanent one is constructed elsewhere in the house. "When I re-do a bedroom I don't do things by halves," the 26-year-old founder of Filter stated, emphasising her desire for perfection. She believes the work completed so far has already added substantial value to the property.

Renovation Delays and Costly Surprises

However, the project has not been smooth sailing. Molly-Mae confessed that the initial plan for her dressing room to be finished by Christmas has been pushed back to January. "We have delays upon delays with everything we have wanted to do to the house," she explained. The renovation schedule now prioritises the dressing room, followed by Bambi's bedroom, a second lounge, and a guest room, with the kitchen and all bathrooms slated for a future overhaul.

The challenges extend indoors. Molly-Mae sought quotes for landscaping the garden but was shocked by the prices. After meeting with four gardeners, she received a fourth opinion that the previous quotes were "charging me triple what it should be" for basic work involving potted plants and soil.

An Emotional Farewell to a Previous Home

Amid the excitement of the new build, Molly-Mae also shared an emotional dilemma regarding her previous £4million mansion. She expressed a deep attachment to the property, calling it "everything to me," and revealed her dream scenario would be for her mother to live there. However, as her mother's husband is settled in a job in the south, this isn't currently possible. "I don't want to rent it out but I don't want to sell it... I'm just feeling a little bit emotional because it is an end of an era," she admitted.

The couple's journey to transform their £5million Victorian mansion in Cheshire continues to be a blend of luxury, personal design aspirations, and the all-too-familiar realities of major renovation projects, captivating their millions of followers along the way.
