Rylan Clark Unveils Lavish London Flat Renovation Inspired by The Langham Hotel
Rylan Clark reveals stunning London home renovation

Television presenter Rylan Clark has delighted his followers by revealing the spectacular results of a year-long renovation project on his new Central London apartment. The 37-year-old star purchased the property in mid-2025 and personally oversaw the entire transformation, aiming to recreate the luxurious feel of his favourite suite at the five-star The Langham hotel in London.

From Vision to Reality: A Hotel-Inspired Haven

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Rylan shared a series of incredible before-and-after collages, expressing he was 'so happy' with the outcome. He extended heartfelt thanks to the tradespeople who executed his vision, praising their 'fantastic job'. The initial 'before' images showcased a dated interior, including a small kitchen with an arched entrance and dark floors, a basic bathroom, and a bedroom featuring a wooden four-poster bed.

The renovation process was documented with progress snaps, such as the installation of new quartz kitchen worktops and the construction of a bespoke media wall. The finished open-plan kitchen and living area now boast a completely new aesthetic. The kitchen features a central island with grey bar stools, a dedicated bar area with a wine cooler, and ample storage, all complemented by modern white shutters.

Luxurious Finishing Touches Throughout

The adjacent living room is a study in elegant comfort, with neutral walls, plush sofas, a grand chandelier, and a large television set within the custom media wall, which incorporates a sleek, modern fireplace. The bathroom has undergone a particularly dramatic change, now fitted with sleek marble tiles, a glass walk-in shower with a waterfall head, and sophisticated gold accents.

In his celebratory post, Rylan wrote, 'I wanted to make it like my favourite hotel suite... I designed everything and am so happy with how it’s turned out.' He was keen to clarify his gratitude was genuine, adding, 'Not an Ad etc just an actual thank you for a job well done.' He concluded by tagging all the companies involved in the project.

New Home Coincides with Fresh Start

This London project marks a new chapter for the presenter, who primarily resides in a £1.3million Essex mansion complete with its own Big Brother diary room. The reveal comes shortly after Rylan shared a sweet update on his personal life, stating his new boyfriend, Kennedy Bates, is 'someone I've been waiting for for a long time' as he reflected on an 'amazing' 2025.

The star went Instagram-official with Kennedy, a funfair boss, in September 2025 after a romantic trip to Florence, revealing he was the first person he had introduced to his family since his 2021 divorce. Rylan has spoken openly about the relationship, noting its different, positive feel and even discussing future plans for a family.
