Tammy Hembrow Denies $27,600 Rent Debt as Warehouse Seized
Tammy Hembrow Denies Rent Debt After Property Repossession

Australian fitness influencer Tammy Hembrow has publicly refuted claims that her now-closed business owes more than $27,600 in unpaid rent, following the repossession of its headquarters. The dispute centres on a warehouse and office space in Robina on the Gold Coast, used by her activewear label, Saski Collection.

Lease Terminated Over Alleged Arrears

The building's lessor, Davidson Property, seized the premises and terminated the lease on December 1. According to a formal notice, the company claimed Hembrow's business was in rental arrears totalling $27,618.47. A photograph of the repossession notice, taped to the unit's window on December 5, was provided to the Daily Mail.

The legal process began earlier, with the business first receiving a Notice to Remedy Breach of Covenant on November 13. This document required the payment of the stated sum by 4 pm on Friday, November 28, 2025. The notice stated the business "failed to pay" the arrears within the stipulated timeframe, leading to the termination and repossession.

Hembrow's Firm Denial and Legal Dispute

When contacted for comment, representatives for the 31-year-old influencer strongly denied any outstanding rent was owed. "All these matters are in dispute. There is no rent outstanding," a spokesperson stated. They added, "There is absolutely no truth to that. As the matters are legal in nature, no further comment will be made."

The repossession notice detailed that the landlord's actions were "without prejudice" to recovering further costs. These could include ongoing rent until a new tenant is found, property restoration costs, legal fees, locksmith charges, and re-letting agent fees.

Brand Closure Follows Warehouse Seizure

The property seizure occurred just one day after Hembrow announced she was shutting down Saski Collection, the activewear brand she launched nearly a decade ago in 2017. The brand's website has been disabled, making shopping impossible.

Announcing the closure in a video on the brand's Instagram page, Hembrow said, "I've made the decision, after a lot of thought, to close Saski... Sometimes a chapter needs to close in order to make space for new growth." She hinted at a new business venture, telling followers she was "beyond excited" to show them what was next.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, she reflected on the brand's journey: "I'm so proud of what we built over almost 10 years and endlessly grateful to everyone who supported the journey." The simultaneous closure of the business and dispute over its former premises marks a significant turn for the influencer's commercial endeavours.
