According to Transfermarkt's valuations, the most valuable free agent available is Serbian striker Dusan Vlahovic, valued at £30 million. Vlahovic, 26, joined Juventus in January 2022 for approximately £70 million but scored 68 goals in 168 appearances for the club before his contract ended.

Top Five Free Agents by Market Value

Second on the list is Welsh winger Harry Wilson, valued at £21.4 million. The former Fulham star has attracted significant interest, notably from Leeds United, who are reportedly close to signing him on a lucrative contract. Mohamed Salah, who left Liverpool this summer, ranks third with a market value of £18.5 million. Ex-Chelsea defender Malang Sarr, now a free agent after leaving Lens, is fourth at £17.1 million. Jadon Sancho, formerly of Manchester United, completes the top five with a valuation of £15.4 million.

The 27-year-old is considered an interesting option for several Premier League clubs. Julian Brandt, who ended a seven-year spell at Borussia Dortmund, is seventh with a valuation of £12.9 million. During his time at Dortmund, Brandt won the DFB-Pokal and finished runner-up in the 2024 Champions League final. Senegal striker Bamba Dieng, 26, also shares the same valuation. Turkish full-back Zeki Celik, 29, who left Roma after four years, is valued at £12 million. Rounding out the top ten is Dutch centre-back Danilho Doekhi, formerly of Union Berlin, valued at £11.1 million.

Several other notable players are available with a market value of £9.4 million, including John Stones, Fabinho, and Leon Goretzka. However, the most intriguing name in that bracket is Ivorian midfielder Franck Kessie, who ended a lucrative three-year contract at Al-Ahli. The former Barcelona powerhouse has been regularly linked with a move to the Premier League, and clubs will be watching closely to see if the 29-year-old finally makes that switch this summer.
