Appointment Options
The retailer offers three types of appointments: The Full Works, lasting 90 minutes and covering all baby product areas; the Out and About session, a one-hour option for those on a lunch break; and the Short and Sweet half-hour appointment, ideal for focusing on a specific product. During these sessions, parents can compare brands and see demonstrations of their favourite items.
