The bakery operates two sites in Manchester: one in the Ancoats district and another in the Kampus area. I chose the Ancoats location, which offers picturesque views alongside a canal. Despite it being a Thursday morning, the external seating area was completely packed, forcing me to venture indoors.
Inside, I joined a queue of customers, a common sight given the bakery's renowned popularity. However, the service was impressively efficient, and I quickly placed my order and found a seat. The brunch menu, while not extensive, caters to diverse preferences with meat, vegetarian, and vegan options available.

While the latte was perfectly adequate and the bun pleasant, I found it to be reasonably enjoyable but not particularly remarkable, especially given the price point.
As I was leaving, I noticed another customer had ordered the bun with a fried egg on top, which seemed like a missed opportunity on my part and something I plan to try on a future visit.
