TOWIE star Bobby Norris has claimed that he was judged by a “lady of the night” while revealing his post-surgery bandages, following surgery on his face and neck. The reality TV personality recently announced that he had a facelift after “reaching the point of no return” through constant use of fillers.
Instagram Video Reveals Encounter
In a video shared on Instagram earlier today, the 39-year-old was seen sporting bandages as he called an unnamed woman out for appearing to give him a dirty look during his recovery. “Ain't it funny how some people are just so judgy in life,” he began the clip, while tucking into his lunch. “We all have opinions. I mean I certainly do, and you know what they say about opinions - we all have one.”
He continued: “I'm fine with that. I always completely own up and fess up to my surge, hence me all over social media talking about it. I'm not one of these people who says ‘I just drink two litres of water a day and I've been up the Body Shop getting a honey and oatmeal scrub, and that's why I look how I look’. I own my mud.
“But I've literally been outside for about six or seven minutes for some air and, let's call her a lady of the night - now I don't judge, do what you’ve got to do, girl's got to eat, and I'm sure she does…
“But she looked at me like I farted in her Gucci handbag! She didn't have a Gucci handbag but you know what I'm saying. I thought, ‘Babe, do you! I'm doing me. I know what you're about, I don't care, good luck to you. Everyone's got to make a living.’”
Norris Defends His Honesty
Bobby claimed that the woman “judged” him but conceded that she “is entitled to”, as “not everyone agrees” with what others do in life. Insisting that he wouldn’t be losing sleep over the interaction, the ITV2 star added: “I just found it weird. You'd think someone who's set up shop and selling her wares - if you're picking up what I'm putting down - would judge me for standing outside and getting some air.
“I mean obviously it probably weren't the air she was judging but I was outside getting air after having some surge. It's a funny old world.”
Bobby's Journey with Cosmetic Procedures
Bobby came to fame while appearing on TOWIE, alongside Gemma Collins, Ferne McCann, Jessica Wright and Billie Faiers. Living in the public eye, he has been open and honest about his enhancements in the past, sharing that he has previously undergone an upper left blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal and liposuction under his chin.
In a recent interview, he told the Sun that he became “addicted” to fillers, and would routinely get a top up every 12 weeks - causing damage to his skin. The TV star said that he recently turned to getting a facelift because he stretched his skin too much, and had “abused” treatments.
“I’d abused fillers in my cheeks and around my eyes, so badly and I’d stretched my skin so much it would never snap back,” he said. “I had an addiction to filler and I think I might have body dysmorphia.”
