Actress Brittany Snow has publicly refuted online speculation that she has undergone significant cosmetic surgery, offering a candid explanation for her changing appearance over the years.
Clapping Back on Social Media
On November 6, Biobeauty founder Molly Bailey posted a before-and-after video featuring several celebrities, suggesting they had 'used injectable fillers to preserve their healthy skin and enhance their features'. Among those featured was Snow. After noticing comments on the post insinuating the stars had more than just Botox, the 39-year-old Hunting Wives star decided to set the record straight.
'I've never had any surgery,' Snow declared in a reply posted last Thursday. She elaborated firmly, 'Not one. No nose job, (people have told me I needed one! But no) no eyelids, no facelift. Nothing.' Instead, the Florida-born actress attributed her look to natural changes and minor treatments, stating, 'I lost baby weight in my face, minimal Botox and lasers. Just for the record.'
A Time of Personal and Professional Milestones
Snow, a SAG Award nominee, has recently been in the headlines for happier reasons. She is secretly engaged to music video director Hunter Moreno. The news surfaced when fan account DeuxMoi shared a video from the November 5 premiere of the Netflix show The Beast In Me. In the clip, Snow's castmates Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys can be heard congratulating her, with Danes exclaiming, 'You're engaged!? When did that happen?'
Professionally, Snow is preparing for the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, where The Beast In Me is nominated for best limited series. She also recently announced the start of production on the second season of her Netflix drama, The Hunting Wives. On November 17, she posted on Instagram to her 3.3 million followers, 'Howdy y'all. This ain't our FIRST rodeo!... It's the first day of shooting SEASON 2 baby!' alongside co-stars Malin Akerman and Jaime Ray Newman.
Reflecting on a Public Split
The actress's personal life has been under intense scrutiny before. Her two-year marriage to real estate agent Tyler Stanaland ended in 2022, a period that coincided with his sudden rise to fame on Netflix's reality spin-off, Selling the OC. Speaking to SELF magazine last month, Snow revealed her discomfort with the situation.
'I did not sign up for that,' the Murdaugh: Death in the Family star confessed. 'It felt like it was a running snowball that I couldn't catch. I didn't know what the heck was going on because it was so public and I couldn't control it.' She concluded cryptically, 'I know the truth... That's all that matters.'
