Eamonn Holmes Hospitalised After Bathroom Fall, Shares Health Update

TV presenter Eamonn Holmes, 65, was hospitalised last Friday after a fall in his bathroom at home. He shared the news on Instagram, posting a photo from an ambulance and later from a hospital bed, describing the incident as a 'bit of a fall'.

Holmes returned to GB News on Tuesday morning, where he co-hosts 'Breakfast with Eamonn and Ellie' with Ellie Costello. He recounted the fall, saying his feet 'just went up' on a wet floor, resulting in 'the worst bang to my head and shoulders'. He added, 'I went down and said I'm dead'.

After the fall, Holmes was unable to get up but managed to reach his phone to call for help. Paramedics decided he needed an ambulance, and he was taken to hospital for tests. A source told The Sun that he did not suffer any broken bones and is 'on the mend'.
