Hilaria Baldwin, the wife of actor Alec Baldwin, has urged her followers to maintain their fitness regimes over the festive period, sharing a new workout video from her New York City home. The 41-year-old influencer and wellness entrepreneur posted the clip to Instagram on Wednesday, combining a personal fitness demonstration with broader life reflections from a recent magazine interview.
Holiday Fitness Motivation from a Celebrity Home
In the video, filmed in her bedroom, Hilaria is seen performing a series of exercises on a white shag rug beside the king-sized bed she shares with her movie star husband. Dressed in a low-cut black tank top and underwear, and accessorised with a gold-and-diamond cross necklace, she executed leg lifts, pushups, and a final stretch while looking directly at the camera with a full face of makeup.
Over the image, she wrote a motivational message to her fans: "Butt, hammies, triceps. This is your reminder to keep moving through the holidays." She directly addressed the common tendency to exercise less and indulge more during the winter celebrations with loved ones, positioning her post as a timely nudge.
Building an Empire: Mentorship from Kris Jenner
The workout post follows a candid conversation with Gurus magazine, where Hilaria revealed a mentorship-like friendship with reality TV mogul Kris Jenner. Jenner, the producer and matriarch behind Keeping Up With The Kardashians and its successors, is apparently guiding Baldwin towards further small-screen ventures.
"I admire Kris. I learn from women like Kris," Hilaria stated thoughtfully. "She's built an empire out of love, hustle, and business savvy—all while raising her family without being devoured by the media. She shows you can do both." This admiration points to Hilaria's own entrepreneurial ambitions, which the magazine highlighted as a driving force in her career.
Fresh Starts and Family Focus
The Baldwin family is currently embracing change, having put their New York home on the market. Hilaria described the move as seeking "fresh energy – a reset," hinting that this new chapter may take them outside of New York City. She also teased new creative projects with Alec, though specifics remain under wraps.
Reflecting on her family's recent TLC reality show, The Baldwins, Hilaria admitted to initial anger and protectiveness. "I was worried and protective of my family. I had to be the head of the family through it all," she expressed, alluding to the strain of Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter trial for the 2021 on-set death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. She recalled a terrifying thought during that period: "What if Alec doesn't come home after the trial? What would I do?"
Despite media scrutiny, Hilaria, a former Dancing With The Stars contestant, emphasised her desire to share her life. "I'm a giver by nature. I want to share my life," she said, while acknowledging the challenge of stories being twisted. She credited Alec with an impactful piece of advice: "you can be a mother and still be someone's girlfriend."
Her return to Dancing With the Stars was a significant moment, described as "like coming home." However, the experience was different: "I wasn't a young girl chasing perfection. I was a woman, a wife, and a mom showing my children that passion doesn't have an expiration date." This philosophy extends to her parenting, where she encourages all her children, including Alec's daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger, to explore their passions freely.
"As I find my own spotlight and build something uniquely mine, I want my kids to see that reinvention is allowed at any age," Hilaria shared, underscoring her mission to maintain her own identity as a model for her children.
