Capital FM Breakfast Show hosts Jordan North and Chris Stark have come up with a cunning plan to watch the England v Mexico match, which kicks off at 1am UK time, and still be fresh for their morning show starting at 6am. The pair proposed sleeping through the first half and halftime to gain an hour of sleep, waking at 2am for the second half.

Chris Stark suggested: "We sleep through first half and halftime. That buys us an hour." He added: "For the second half, which, let's be honest, we don't need the first half." However, Jordan North noted that his body would not cooperate and he would remain awake. The duo, along with co-host Sian Welby, face a particular challenge because they host an early-morning radio show.
The match, scheduled at the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City, presents additional challenges due to the high altitude of 2,240 metres above sea level, which will test Thomas Tuchel's squad. England will be without Reece James due to injury.
