Justin Bieber's Shirtless Sushi Date Night with Hailey After Japan Trip
Justin Bieber's multiple outfit changes for home sushi date

Pop superstar Justin Bieber and his model wife Hailey have been enjoying some relaxed domestic time in Los Angeles, following a family trip to Japan. Their latest at-home date night, however, came with a distinctly A-list twist and an unexpected number of outfit changes from Justin.

A Multi-Layered Culinary Experience

The 31-year-old singer shared videos on social media of the couple receiving a private sushi-making lesson from a chef in their own kitchen. The intimate dinner date took place just days after they returned from Tokyo, where they were spotted sampling street food at the famous Tsukiji Outer Market.

In a series of clips, Justin began the culinary session clad in a yellow hoodie, carefully slicing raw fish under the chef's supervision. However, in a quirky turn of events, the 'Baby' hitmaker proceeded to make several wardrobe alterations throughout the evening. At one point, he lost the hoodie entirely, continuing to prepare dinner shirtless with Hailey, 29, by his side. He later opted for a simple long-sleeve top as they rolled their creations into seaweed wraps.

'Sushi cheffin date night,' Justin captioned the playful post, which showed the couple appearing to thoroughly enjoy the bespoke cooking lesson from the comfort of their home.

Japan Trip and Public Displays of Unity

The sushi night is part of a series of public displays of togetherness from the pair, who have been married since 2018. Hailey previously gave fans a glimpse of their Japanese holiday via Instagram on December 7, sharing a slideshow of photos. She called Tokyo the 'best city' and showcased favourite dishes, as well as snaps with Justin and their one-year-old son, Jack Blues, who joined them on the vacation.

This show of unity follows a period of intense public speculation about their marriage earlier this year. Justin addressed the rumours of marital strife on his July album 'Swag', with emotional lyrics referencing 'testing patience' and 'taking a break', while also vowing he 'will not' leave her. The couple have since maintained a united front, though Justin's omission of a public birthday tribute to Hailey in November briefly reignited chatter.

Looking Ahead as a Family

In a recent interview with GQ magazine, Hailey Bieber spoke candidly about navigating their very public life. She revealed they take their relationship 'a day at a time' and feel protective of their privacy, especially concerning their son. 'Our life is our life and it is really public,' she stated, adding that she currently feels 'comfortable' with what they choose to share.

On the professional front, both continue to thrive. Hailey sold her skincare and cosmetics company for a reported $1 billion to e.l.f. Cosmetics in May, remaining as chief creative officer. Meanwhile, Rolling Stone reported in September that Justin negotiated a record-breaking $10 million fee to headline the Coachella festival next April.

For now, the Biebers seem content with low-key moments like their sushi date, blending global adventures with home-cooked meals and the occasional, headline-making wardrobe change.
