The ex-fiancée of Katie Price's new husband, Lee Andrews, has issued a stark warning to the former glamour model, calling the Dubai-based businessman a 'parasite' who will 'ruin her life'. Alana Percival, 32, told the Daily Mail she believes Andrews, 42, is using Price for 'fame' and 'validation'.
Percival revealed details of a phone conversation she says she had with a distressed Price after the TV star discovered Andrews had proposed to Percival just 16 weeks earlier, staging the same rose-petal engagement at Dubai's Burj Al Arab. Despite Percival's attempts to warn Price, including offering to meet in person, she claims her pleas were ignored.
'He is a parasite; he gets in your brain and works himself around your body and intoxicates you and pulls you from your soul until you have nothing left,' Percival said. She also alleged Andrews lied about his wealth, claiming she never saw proof of his money, cars, or houses.
Price married Andrews just 10 days after meeting in person, and declined to sign a pre-nuptial agreement. Percival said she received an 'intimidating' video from Andrews, which she described as 'degrading', and has filed a police report in the UK against him. Interpol is now involved, she added.
Percival warned: 'I am worried for Katie about what might happen, she's a vulnerable person.' Andrews is currently banned from leaving Dubai after being imprisoned last year for forging his ex-girlfriend's signature to secure a £200,000 loan.
