Kelly Brook sparked laughter and cringes in equal measure during her return to the Loose Women panel on Monday, making a characteristically bold statement about her marriage. The 46-year-old former glamour model, fresh from her stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! where she placed ninth, didn't hold back when the conversation turned to intimacy.
The 'ABC' Method and Kelly's Candid Confession
The discussion was prompted by co-host Kaye Adams, 62, who revealed a surprising statistic: a third of British adults in relationships describe them as 'sexless'. She introduced the concept of 'ABC' sex, where couples are intimate only on Anniversaries, Birthdays, and Christmas, citing a writer who hadn't been physically close with her partner for a year.
When asked for her thoughts, Kelly, who married Jeremy Parisi in Italy in 2022 after dating since 2015, had a typically forthright response. "Well I just came out of the jungle, so I feel like I had to make up for lost time," she quipped. "Now we're back in the UK, it just gets back to normal, so yeah. I'm having a bit of a break at the minute."
Pressed by Kaye on what constituted a 'break', Brook didn't miss a beat: "A week... That's a long time to go without, isn't it?!" She then confessed, "If I don't have sex for a week, I will start thinking 'Is my marriage over?' I will think that."
Panel Reactions: From Clenched Buttocks to 'Do Not Disturb'
Her frank admission drew a range of hilarious reactions from the other panellists. Janet Street-Porter, 78, rolled her eyes in clear embarrassment and declared she needed a toilet break if the conversation continued. Jane Moore, 63, joked about extending Kelly's alphabet to include "dog's birthday, Easter, festive season, Good Friday, Halloween..."
Kaye Adams suggested a simpler schedule: "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday." However, when it came to their own lives, the other women were less enthusiastic. Jane Moore stated, "I'm a little further down the alphabet. I'm O. Big fat zero!" while Kaye added, "I'm DND. Do not disturb." Jane Moore summed up the awkwardness for some, declaring, "My buttocks are clenched."
Jungle Flashbacks: A Creepy-Crawly Buffet
The show also celebrated Kelly's time in the Australian jungle with a critter-themed Christmas party, forcing her to revisit the eating trials she faced on I'm A Celebrity 2025. Recalling the bushtucker challenges, she said the pig's brain was "disgusting" and compared it to pâté that made her gag.
The Loose Women team prepared a buffet of insect-laden treats, including a chocolate milkshake with crickets and salmon cream cheese with mealworms. Kaye Adams insisted Kelly try a crisp dipped in hummus, both containing bugs. After shouting "Oh God! Oh no" and failing to get it in her mouth, a composed Kelly told Kaye, "You're such a cow!" Janet Street-Porter simply concluded, "You're completely a wuss."
