Kesha's Golden Globes Glamour: See-Through Style and Star-Studded Night
Kesha stuns at pre-Golden Globes party in see-through top

Pop sensation Kesha brought her own brand of sparkle to a star-studded event ahead of the Golden Globes on Saturday night. The 38-year-old singer made a glamorous arrival at the exclusive W Magazine's Best Performances party, held at the iconic Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, California.

A Daring Fashion Statement

Kesha, whose full name is Kesha Sebert, commanded attention in a bold and revealing ensemble. She showcased her figure in a completely see-through beaded top featuring an intricate twisted hood. The daring look, selected by her stylist Megan King, was paired with a matching maxi-skirt and simple nude sandals. The singer flashed a hint of her toned midriff beneath the barely-there creation, perfectly embodying the evening's glamorous theme.

Despite the chilly 45-degree Fahrenheit winter weather, Kesha's style remained uncompromised. She cleverly layered a pink faux-fur maxi-coat over the sheer outfit to stay warm while navigating the red carpet. Her makeup was kept relatively minimal, with a notable focus on a generous application of peach blush and glossy lips.

A Night Among Hollywood's Elite

The pre-awards bash was a magnet for A-list talent. Inside the venue, rooms were customised to celebrate nominated films, such as The Testament of Ann Lee starring Amanda Seyfried, as glimpsed in social media posts shared by Kesha's hairstylist, Eduardo Ponce.

Kesha was in illustrious company. The guest list was a who's who of Hollywood, including Michael B. Jordan, Emma Stone, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Lana Del Rey, Zoë Kravitz, and Jacob Elordi, among many others. Before entering the trendy hotel, the 'Holiday Road' singer was greeted warmly by a crowd of autograph-seeking fans.

Looking Forward: New Music and Independence

This glamorous appearance comes at a pivotal time in Kesha's career. The two-time Grammy nominee recently settled her nine-year legal battle against her former producer, Dr. Luke (Łukasz Sebastian Gottwald). She had accused him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse, allegations he has consistently denied.

As part of the resolution, Kesha parted ways with his Kemosabe Label, as well as RCA Records and Vector Management. In a powerful move towards artistic freedom, she has "gained back legal rights over my own voice". Her sixth studio album, 'Period', marked the first official release on her very own label, Kesha Records.

The artist continues to be creatively active. Just last month, on December 11, she delivered an impromptu jazz performance at Martuni's in San Francisco with house pianist Joe Mag, charming audiences with a rendition of Patsy Cline's 'Walkin' After Midnight'. Looking ahead, she is scheduled to perform at the Brazilian music festival CarnaUOL at São Paulo's Allianz Parque on January 24.

With over 42.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify and global record sales exceeding 100 million since her 2010 breakout hit 'TiK ToK', Kesha is embracing her future. She told Rolling Stone in November of her desire for sonic freedom, stating, "I just wanna feel so f***ing free." Alongside her music, she also engages in influencer work with paid partnerships for major brands like Airbnb and Grindr, solidifying her status as a multifaceted pop culture icon.
