The 34-year-old former Love Island contestant and Loose Women panellist decided to gift herself a 'spicy' pre-Christmas treat in the form of a CO2 laser treatment at a London clinic. She explained that the festive period, which she calls her 'off season', provided the perfect two-week window away from cameras to undergo the intensive treatment. The CO2 laser works by stimulating the skin to boost collagen production and improve elasticity, targeting issues like sun damage.

In a video shared with her followers, Attwood did not shy away from showing the reality of the procedure. 'It's spicy, but it's bearable,' she remarked as footage showed a red laser blasting her skin. The treatment left her face covered in painful-looking red welts and required a coating of soothing ointments afterwards.
By day two of her recovery, the star joked that even her dog was terrified of her appearance, comparing her look to a horror movie character.
