Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor stepped out for a glamorous night in Los Angeles on Monday, making a rare public appearance with her fiancé, American actor Cameron Fuller. The couple joined Sydney Sweeney to celebrate at the exclusive afterparty for the premiere of Sweeney's new film, The Housemaid.
A Stylish Night Out at TAO
The event took place at the celebrity hotspot TAO in Los Angeles. Phoebe, 30, looked in high spirits as she cosied up to her beau. She chose a sophisticated all-black ensemble, featuring a long-sleeved top with a high collar and a matching skirt with a ruffled detail. She styled her hair in a chic bob for the occasion.
Her fiancé, Cameron Fuller, also 30, complemented her look in a simple black jumper and trousers. The Bridgerton actress was seen wrapping an arm around him affectionately. Meanwhile, Sydney Sweeney, 28, the star of the film they were celebrating, stunned in a white mini dress adorned with a floral embellishment.
Wedding Bells and Family Excitement
The appearance comes several months after Cameron proposed to Phoebe during a family holiday in the picturesque English countryside in May. Details about their upcoming nuptials have begun to emerge, thanks to insights from Phoebe's sister, Hattie.
Hattie confirmed she will be a bridesmaid and gushed about her future brother-in-law, calling him "the best." She assured that Phoebe is far from being a 'bridezilla,' telling the Daily Mail: "No, she is very chilled so I think she will just enjoy every moment."
While the dress is still to be chosen, Hattie predicted a "classic, traditional" style for the wedding, which is planned for next year. She described the upcoming ceremony as likely to be "quite close knit" and "quite small." The location remains undecided, though the couple have now enlisted a wedding planner.
A Family Affair
The engagement itself was a deeply emotional family moment. Hattie previously recounted the proposal in the Cotswolds, saying, "All the family were there. She was crying her eyes out – it was tears of happiness."
The bride-to-be's mother, Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor, shared her joy at the time, posting a photograph and saying, "My daughter has just got engaged ... He's gorgeous, he's such a lovely man. I'm so, so happy." Sally insisted she will not interfere with the wedding plans, preferring to let the couple design their own perfect day. Her thoughts, however, have already turned to hopes of future grandchildren.
Phoebe Dynevor shot to global fame in December 2020 as the co-lead in the first season of the Netflix phenomenon Bridgerton. Her role was reduced in the second season, and she was notably absent from the recently released third season, a fact both she and her fans have lamented.
