Tallia Storm performed at her father Sascha Hartman's funeral in Switzerland, just days after his sudden death was announced. The 27-year-old singer honored her father by singing during the service, struggling to contain her emotions behind oversized sunglasses.
Funeral Details
The funeral took place by the sea, with Tallia sharing images on Instagram, including a picture of the family gathering as Sascha's coffin was taken from the hearse. She described the event as a 'celebration of life,' with the family flying in their favorite choir from London. Her younger brother Zac played the piano and saxophone, and her mother Tessa Hartman delivered a speech.
Emotional Tribute
In her Instagram post, Tallia said: 'My amazing Dad. There are no words to ever explain the emotions of this last week.' She added that she had been overwhelmed by thousands of messages from people sharing their own stories of loss. 'Grief is incredibly lonely, hard to articulate & never linear,' she wrote.
Tallia admitted she had never experienced a loss like this before, saying: 'You never imagine you'll be the one standing at the front of the church saying goodbye to someone you love more than words can ever explain.'

Tallia received an outpouring of support, including from Isabel Webster, who wrote: 'To have the strength to sing and perform at your daddy's celebration of life must have been the hardest thing in the world.' Myleene Klass and Megan Barton-Hanson also sent their condolences.
