Taylor Swift Wedding at MSG May Be Filmed for Movie

Filming notices posted outside Madison Square Garden in New York indicate that Taylor Swift's wedding to Travis Kelce may be documented for a rumoured movie. The notices, affixed to walls and lamp posts, warn that photography and videography are taking place in connection with an event at the venue.

Filming Notices Spotted Outside MSG

The notices state that filming has been ongoing since June 29, 2026, and will continue through July 3, 2026, covering the build-up to the wedding. They caution that passersby may inadvertently be captured, reading: 'As a result, your image or voice may be inadvertently captured.' The couple is expected to host 1,000 family members and famous friends at an extravagant bash rumoured to be 'castle themed'.

Set Construction and Security Measures

Inside the venue, Swift has hired Konduit NYC, a company known for building sets for movies, TV, and commercials, to decorate the party. Boxes marked Konduit NYC were seen being unloaded. Road closures and a heavy police presence are in place in midtown Manhattan. White tents have been erected at the arena's entrance to block any view inside, disappointing fans hoping to catch a glimpse.

Swift's Track Record with Documentaries

If Swift documents her wedding, it would likely follow the success of her previous films. Her 2023 The Eras Tour film grossed over £200 million worldwide, becoming the highest-grossing concert film of all time. On Disney+, it drew 4.6 million views (16.2 million hours viewed) in its first three days, making it the No. 1 music film on the platform. Her docuseries The End of an Era and documentary Miss Americana (2020) also achieved significant viewership.

NDAs and Police Phone Ban

According to TMZ, guests have signed non-disclosure agreements to maintain secrecy. NYPD officers assigned to work inside the event were reportedly told they cannot bring phones, with the message: 'If they don't like it, they don't have to work the event.'
