Victoria Beckham's Festive Heartbreak: Feud with Brooklyn Threatens Family Christmas
Victoria Beckham vows to save Christmas amid Brooklyn feud

Victoria Beckham is reportedly putting on a brave face this Christmas, determined that the bitter feud with her eldest son Brooklyn will not spoil the festive season for her family. The 51-year-old fashion designer and her husband, Sir David Beckham, 50, have been locked in a dispute with Brooklyn, 26, and his wife, actress Nicola Peltz, for over a year.

A Year of Family Absences and Heartache

The rift has seen Brooklyn and Nicola absent from all major Beckham family events. He missed his father's star-studded 50th birthday celebrations and, more recently, the ceremony where David received his knighthood. The couple were also not present to see David's football club, Inter Miami, win the MLS title, a victory that was particularly poignant for the former England captain.

While the Beckhams will celebrate Christmas together in the UK, Brooklyn is expected to spend the festive period in Miami with Nicola and her billionaire family. A source close to Victoria revealed the depth of her sadness, stating: "It's been a year since they last all saw each other and it's something she will never come to terms with." However, the insider added that Victoria is resolved to stay strong for her husband and their teenage daughter, Harper, 14.

Grandparents' Sorrow and Silent Pleas

The estrangement is also deeply affecting the wider family. Friends say that Victoria's mother, Jackie, and David's mother, Sandra, are "very sad" about the situation, having been incredibly close to Brooklyn throughout his childhood. In what appeared to be a public plea, Jackie recently shared a photo of her fireplace adorned with personalised Christmas stockings for all her grandchildren, including one clearly marked for Brooklyn.

Insiders suggested this was a deliberate message, telling The Sun: "For them, it's their way of showing how missed Brooklyn is... The message they're sending is that the door is always open and he's always welcome." Victoria is reportedly hoping Brooklyn will at least call his grandparents over Christmas, though she has "given up on him calling her."

Olive Branches and Public Appeals

There have been several attempts at reconciliation from within the family. Brooklyn's brother, Cruz, 23, recently shared nostalgic childhood videos and photos of them together on social media, seen by many as an extended olive branch. David Beckham also appeared to make a subtle gesture, posting a sentimental collage comparing his recent MLS win as an owner to his past victories as a player with his sons by his side.

The public, too, has weighed in. On one of Brooklyn's recent cooking tutorial videos, fans flooded the comments with appeals for reconciliation, urging: "Call your mum .. you only get one and life’s too short!" and "Speak to your parents - only one life and it is very precious."

Despite the anguish, the family's focus remains on hope for the future. The source concluded: "They'd love nothing more than to see Brooklyn over Christmas, put the past behind them and start 2026 afresh." Regarding Nicola, however, the family has reportedly stopped trying to win her back, concentrating their efforts solely on rebuilding the relationship with their son.
