Tour Rehearsals Kick Off in London

Rehearsals for the annual Strictly tour commenced this week, with the first shows scheduled to begin in Birmingham on January 23. The preparations were in full swing on Wednesday, as Vicky Pattison, 38, was photographed alongside her 2025 tour co-stars, drag performer La Voix, 45, and presenter George Clarke, 26.

The trio were snapped in Covent Garden, London, sporting casual rehearsal attire. Vicky opted for high-waisted blue jeans, a white top, and black high heels, while La Voix wore a white jumper and trousers. George Clarke kept it relaxed in a blue hoodie and black trousers.

Eager to connect with her supporters, Vicky took to social media to share exactly which fan-favourite dances from the TV series she will recreate for live audiences. She confirmed she will perform her Taylor Swift-themed Tango and her Couples Choice routine to Cheryl Cole's 'Fight For This Love', both of which she will dance with professional partner Kai Widdrington.

Tour Schedule and Voting Controversy

The tour launches at Birmingham's Utilita Arena on January 23 and will travel across the UK before concluding in London on February 15. The announcement comes amidst ongoing controversy surrounding the most recent series of the BBC show.

Earlier this week, former contestant Thomas Skinner doubled down on his claims that the Strictly Come Dancing voting was rigged to eliminate him. The Apprentice star, 34, who was partnered with Amy Dowden, 35, was the first to be voted off the 23rd series. He later withdrew from the live finale, which was ultimately won by Karen Carney and Carlos Gu.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain, Skinner was questioned by hosts Susanna Reid and Ed Balls about his allegations. "All I am going to say is I've got a lot of bad noise in the press, I was front page every day, it wasn't good for the show," he stated. "I know I can't dance... All I'm going to say is whenever I put something on social media, I get like 20 million views and about 200,000 likes."

Skinner had previously claimed on social media platform X that he received an anonymous email from an alleged BBC executive containing stats showing he received more votes than was apparent. He stated he had the email "independently verified." However, reports later indicated an independent poll suggested the star received just 1.4% of the public vote.

In response to the allegations, the BBC issued a firm statement, read by Susanna Reid on air: "Strictly Come Dancing's public vote is independently overseen and verified to ensure complete accuracy every week."

As the live tour prepares to bring the sparkle to arenas nationwide, fans can look forward to seeing their favourite routines from the latest series performed live, despite the off-stage debates that continue to swirl.
