Amy Childs showcased her dance moves in a lively TikTok video alongside her cousin Harry Derbidge. The 35-year-old television personality, who recently disclosed her mission to gain weight, was beaming as she joined her 32-year-old cousin for the clip.
Fun Family Moment
Amy wore a cropped bra top, practical gym leggings, and a stylish bomber jacket. The duo jumped around and performed a series of humorous dance moves, with two of Amy's children joining in. Harry captioned the post: 'Sunday funday.'
Weight Gain Journey
Amy embarked on a weight gain journey after revealing that stress caused her to lose more weight than desired. She sparked concern last year and vowed to build muscle ahead of her wedding to Billy Delbosq, which took place in London last month.
Addressing her struggle, Amy admitted she was previously 'overweight and unhappy' but now aims to regain 'healthy weight' with a nutrition coach. Sharing a before-and-after photo on Instagram, she wrote: 'Can’t believe I’m uploading this picture but here goes. The journey so far. So I have to be honest with you all, I was overweight and unhappy and wanted to achieve...'
She continued: 'So I decided to lose weight, during that process, I battled with stress and lost a little more than I wanted, and now I am working with @jon_jkphysique to start phase 2!! Which I am so excited about.'
Amy added: 'Which is to increase muscle mass, to gain healthy weight and become more toned! (Will keep you updated with pictures on my story). Got to be honest I am finding this is harder than losing weight, but Jon has been so supportive, understanding and the expert at nutrition, we are a work in progress.'
Stress and Health Challenges
The mother of four previously revealed that incorrect training and losing two stone resulted in muscle loss. Recently, her brother Billy was rushed to hospital after a serious car accident, with his car written off. Amy said 'someone was looking over her brother.'
Amy admitted she has been 'going through it' and lost weight due to worrying about her mother's health after a heart attack, while juggling parenting her four children: Polly, eight, Ritchie, seven, and twins Billy and Millie, two.
In an emotional interview with OK! Magazine, she said: 'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack. People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress.'
