Celebrity Gogglebox is returning with an all-star line-up for its milestone 50th episode this Friday. Olivia Attwood is among the famous faces hitting the sofa to watch the week's major shows alongside her mother Jennifer.
Gladiators and Strictly Stars Join
Gladiators Legends Matthew Morsia and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, who starred on Strictly Come Dancing last year, will sit down together. Meanwhile, content creators George Clark and Max Balegde will bring the laughter with their sharp and funny jokes.
Comedy Duo and More
Comedian and actor Julian Clary will also join actor and television presenter Nigel Havers in the exciting new episode.
TV presenter Olivia said: 'Doing Celebrity Gogglebox with my mum was chaotic but in the best possible way. It's not often that we agree on things which I think the viewers may find entertaining. My family are huge fans of the show so it's a real honour to be a part of such an iconic British programme.'
Matt added: 'Everyone knows how good I am at being on TV, but turns out I'm even better at watching it. Wow. Absolutely incredible sofa performance. Anyway, I had a great time on the show and I need to say a massive thank you to Gogglebox for literally paying me to watch TV. What a time to be alive.'
Harry said: 'Filming Celebrity Gogglebox was pure fun from start to finish, just a proper night in full of laughs, brilliant TV, and plenty of unexpected moments. It was a really enjoyable experience and great fun to be part of.'
'Doing Celebrity Gogglebox was an absolute treat, a perfectly civilised way to spend an evening', Julian shared. 'I do like to think my commentary brought a certain level of refinement to proceedings, and Nigel managed to stay awake, although there is an unsightly stain on my sofa.'
Returning Favorites
Some of Britain's favourite personalities are also set to return including Vernon Kay and Paddy McGuinness, Bez and Shaun, Roman and Martin Kemp, Ashley Banjo and Perri Kiely, Nick Grimshaw and niece Liv. The Mangans, Rylan and mum Linda, Mo Gilligan and Babatunde Aleshe, Denise Van Outen and Johnny Vaughan, Vicky Pattison and Pete Wicks will also join.
Celebrity Gogglebox, produced by Studio Lambert, returns to Channel 4 this Friday 5th June at 9pm.
