Channel 4 Schedule Change: Virgin Island Finale Airs Tonight
Virgin Island Finale Airs Tonight on Channel 4

Channel 4 viewers are in for a scheduling shake-up tonight as the racy reality series Virgin Island reaches its conclusion. The second season of the show, which follows 12 adult virgins on a journey of sexual self-discovery, has been airing at 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, for the finale, the penultimate and final episodes (Episodes 7 and 8) will be broadcast back-to-back tonight at 9pm and 10pm respectively.

What to Expect in the Finale

Throughout the series, viewers have seen 25-year-old Tegan lose her virginity to surrogate partner therapist Risdon Roberts. Romance has also blossomed between some cast members. This year's oldest participant, 35-year-old Ellen, has been overcoming her aversion to intimate touch with sex surrogate Kat Slade. In tonight's episodes, Ellen will continue to build her confidence, and the grand finale may see another cast member lose their virginity on camera.

Schedule Change Details

Instead of the usual two-night split, Channel 4 will air both final episodes consecutively. Tomorrow night, the 9pm slot will be filled by brand new drama Falling, starring Keeley Hawes and Paapa Essiedu. The series follows a devout nun (Hawes) who falls for a Catholic priest (Essiedu), written by BAFTA-winning writer Jack Thorne.
