Heidi Klum Reveals Results of Controversial Worm & Parasite Cleanse
Heidi Klum's Parasite Cleanse Results Revealed

Supermodel Heidi Klum has finally disclosed the outcome of her much-discussed 'worm and parasite cleanse,' a controversial wellness regimen she undertook with her husband, Tom Kaulitz.

The Cleanse Announcement and Process

The 52-year-old celebrity first revealed her plans for the eyebrow-raising detox in an August interview with the Wall Street Journal. Klum stated that her Instagram feed was filled with content about worms and parasites, which inspired her to try the cleanse. She admitted she had never done one before and felt "really behind," expressing curiosity about what the process might reveal.

Klum confirmed to PEOPLE that she and Kaulitz followed through with the cleanse just before her famous annual Halloween party in October. She emphasised that doing it with a partner made the experience more tolerable. "It's easier to do this with a partner in the morning because you have to drink this weird stuff," Klum explained. The concoction was described as herbal but "yucky," and required a strict daily routine.

The Results and Final Verdict

When pressed on the results, Klum joked that she and her husband did not personally inspect the outcome. "So many people asked me too, like, 'What happened?' I'm like, 'I don't even know if anything happened,'" she admitted.

Despite the uncertainty, Klum reported that the cleanse "just felt good" and that they "felt great afterwards." She completed two rounds of the treatment, which she believed was necessary to target parasites and their eggs. Her rationale for trying it included her occasional consumption of raw foods like sushi.

The cleanse involved herbal pills containing ingredients like clove and papaya seeds, which parasites are said to dislike. Klum also mentioned the importance of using a "de-metaling stuff" to remove metals from the body.

Expert Warnings on Holistic Cleanses

While Klum felt positive about her experience, medical experts consistently warn against such holistic cleanses. They strongly encourage individuals who genuinely suspect they have a parasitic infection to seek diagnosis and treatment from qualified medical professionals, rather than self-administering unproven regimens.
