Clueless actress Elisa Donovan proved she has barely aged since her role as Amber Mariens in the 1995 cult classic, attending a Los Angeles event in March looking glamorous at 55. The mother of one arrived at the Revive Collagen event celebrating Spice Girl Mel B's brand collaboration, sporting a white collared blouse, lacy beige parachute pants, wedge heels with bow detailing, an iridescent handbag and layered necklaces. Her signature red hair was worn in beachy waves, with natural, glowy makeup.
Donovan shot to fame alongside Alicia Silverstone, Brittany Murphy and Stacey Dash in Clueless, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2025. She previously said none of the cast expected the film to become one of the most quotable and popular of the 1990s. 'I can pretty unequivocally say no, I did not expect that to be the case,' she told Today Extra. 'But we certainly kind of knew there was something magical going on... I don't think we figured we would still be quoted on the street today.'
The film earned $88 million on a $12 million budget, making Silverstone a star. Donovan later starred in the Clueless TV series from 1996 to 1999 and joined Sabrina the Teenage Witch from 2000 to 2003. Reflecting on the anniversary, she remembered her late co-star Brittany Murphy, who died in 2009 aged 32. 'I really always think about Brittany,' she told People. 'She would come into hair and makeup like this whirlwind of all this energy... She just had so much vibrance.'
Donovan also reconnected with Silverstone in recent years, bonding over motherhood. 'It's been such a gift to reconnect with [Alicia] and just talk about the challenges and the joys... it's great to see that we all have survived and thrived,' she said. Donovan shares daughter Scarlett with husband Charlie Bigelow, while Silverstone has son Bear with ex-husband Christopher Jarecki.
