MAGA Reporter Brian Glenn Quits White House Job to Follow Girlfriend MTG to Georgia

Brian Glenn, the chief White House correspondent for the pro-Trump network Real America's Voice, is leaving his post to follow his girlfriend, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, back to Georgia. The decision comes amid a bitter public feud between Greene and President Donald Trump, who has labeled the Georgia Republican a 'traitor' after she broke with him on several issues.

In an interview with the Washington Post, Glenn described the difficult position he found himself in as the relationship between Trump and Greene deteriorated. 'I'm like the little divorced kid in the middle!' he said, noting that he 'really, really doesn't want to have to choose sides.' Ultimately, however, he chose to side with Greene, stating, 'I gotta go with Mom here.'

Glenn told the Post that he will not commute between Washington and Georgia. 'I'm not doing this fly-back-and-forth thing — not doing it, it's not worth it,' he said. Real America's Voice is building him a studio near his and Greene's home in Georgia, though his future role with the network remains uncertain. 'I'll do whatever content from there — either contribute to the network or do something else as well, another show or something,' he stated.

Despite his move, Glenn insisted he remains loyal to Trump. 'I will continue to support the president — I want to make sure that's in the piece,' he told the Post. He also appeared unapologetic about his role as a pro-Trump cheerleader in the White House press corps, boasting, 'I'm so much more base than they are. And the administration knows that, too.'

The rift between Trump and Greene began when Greene opposed the administration on issues such as the release of the Jeffrey Epstein files and health care subsidies. Trump responded with a series of social media posts attacking Greene and withdrawing his endorsement for her re-election. Glenn said the attacks 'hurt' and that he 'never could have imagined how a nuclear bomb could go off over someone's head the way it did that Friday.'

Glenn hinted that wedding bells may be in his future with Greene, saying marriage is 'in the future for sure.' He added that he wants to ensure Trump knows he will always have his back, even as he follows Greene to Georgia.
