Chris Hemsworth Photo Used in Lee Andrews Social Media Mystery
Hemsworth Photo Linked to Missing Lee Andrews

A bizarre online link has emerged between Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, 42, and 'kidnapped' businessman Lee Andrews, 43, as a strange photograph resurfaces on Instagram. The black-and-white image, shared by Lee on December 31, appears to show him working out with a gym ball, but closer inspection reveals it may be an AI-edited copy of a photo Chris Hemsworth posted on November 29.

While Lee's image shows him wearing a black tank top and a cap, as opposed to Chris's grey shirt, all other details are virtually identical. Both are holding a 4kg Centr gym ball angled similarly, with their fingers positioned in exactly the same way. Centr is a fitness app originally founded by Chris in 2019. Lee also appears to have Chris's exact arms, with identical vein patterns and bicep definition.

The similar photos were first brought into question by British reality TV star Luisa Zissman, who joked Lee could be 'in disguise' during her 'Dubai manhunt'. Resharing both photos to compare, Luisa wrote: 'This has been a popular story. So here as a post so we can discuss what do we think of these pics posted by Chris H on 28th Nov and Lee A on 31st Dec?' She continued: 'My manhunt in Dubai is coming to an end. Haven't located Lee Andrews for our queen @katieprice. BUT he was seen online on FB messenger yesterday according to a thread on a Brits in Dubai FB post. Which means his kidnappers are giving him access to social media, so nice of them!'

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Luisa also shared a video walking around Dubai airport, the last place Lee was publicly seen. She said: 'I'm at Dubai airport and this is the last known place Lee Andrews was publicly seen so I'm going to strut around here and look for him and hope I find him, else I am going to have to fly home today and admit defeat.'

Katie Price, 48, declared over the weekend that her fourth husband is missing, five days after she last heard from him. She claimed he was 'detained in a van with his hands tied' after his disappearance. Katie has now released her last communication with Lee in the hope it will help track him down. In the messages, sent from 12.36am to 1.01am early last Thursday morning in Dubai time, Lee told her: 'Been arrested. I'll be in touch. I'm ok xx.' He later said: 'It's a black site, I love you, I sort it. I'm in the van… just being detained wtf.'

A friend told The Sun: 'Katie has been completely spiralling, as you can imagine. This is NOT a publicity stunt – as if she needs any more PR – and no matter what Lee has or hasn't done, she still loves him.' Lee's mother Trisha, 61, has given her first interview since his disappearance, saying the family is concerned about his wellbeing. When asked if she believed Katie's theory he had been kidnapped, she said: 'I don't know, he could have been. I've not seen the video.'

It comes after reports that Lee has not been kidnapped as Katie feared and is instead squatting in a run-down villa in Dubai, talking only to a few trusted contacts on a burner phone. Lee was due to reunite with Katie for a Good Morning Britain interview on Monday but failed to get on a flight. The Dubai-based businessman is wanted by Interpol after Hertfordshire Police escalated their case. Katie is said to be 'horrified' by claims Lee has allegedly conned another woman out of £1,000 and ultimately wants to track him down.
