Emmerdale enthusiasts are convinced they have identified the mystery buyer for Charity Dingle's share of The Woolpack, and it is not Kim Tate. She then approaches Ruby Miligan to sell her share, but Caleb Miligan blocks the deal, fearing backlash.
Charity Turns to Kim Tate
With her options dwindling, Charity offers Kim Tate a discounted price for half the pub. Kim appears interested but says she will think it over. However, fans speculate that Ruby will ultimately persuade Caleb to change his mind, making her the new part-owner. One fan posted online: "Ruby will buy the pub."
