A woman from the United States has made the extraordinary claim that she now experiences close encounters with unidentified flying objects and their otherworldly occupants on a daily basis, all sparked by a sighting during the Covid-19 lockdown.
From Lockdown Boredom to Cosmic Contact
Lily Nova, a former nutritionist from St Louis, Missouri, revealed she first turned her camera to the night sky to alleviate boredom. Her life changed irrevocably in November 2021 when she witnessed her first UFO. What began as an isolated event rapidly escalated in frequency, transforming into a regular phenomenon she now documents through astrophotography.
Describing that initial, intense encounter, Lily recalled stepping outside for air and immediately locking eyes with a bright light hovering over her neighbourhood. "I started investigating and realised it was a UFO," she said. "Seconds later I looked away briefly and when I looked back there was a second craft that was much closer. I could actually see the triangular shape." She stated the objects performed impressive manoeuvres before vanishing, convincing her they were not conventional aircraft.
Close Encounters with Blue-Skinned Beings
While the first sighting left her rattled, Lily says the encounters have since become routine and she has gained clear views of the beings themselves. She provides detailed descriptions, claiming one of the first entities she saw was a hairless girl with light blue skin, whom she described as "very beautiful" and dressed in a skin-tight grey suit, with similarly clad shipmates standing behind her.
"I have also seen another group of beings with light blonde hair, fair and glowing skin and bright blue eyes," she added. Lily believes these images are communicated to her telepathically, suggesting the extraterrestrials are gently introducing themselves to avoid causing her shock. "I think they are easing me into an introduction," she explained.
A Life Transformed by Otherworldly Visits
The experiences have fundamentally altered Lily's life. Her initial shock has been replaced by feelings of "joy, love and peace." She was so compelled by her discoveries that she abandoned her career as a nutritionist to pursue her passion for uncovering the truth about UFOs and aliens full-time.
Lily now believes she can encourage these encounters when she is in a calm, receptive, and content state, often while practising astrophotography. She claims to have developed an instinctive sixth sense that alerts her to their imminent appearance. On one occasion, while out with a meditation-experienced friend, she says they set an intention for contact and a bright golden orb appeared within five minutes, seemingly responding to their questions.
Reflecting on the ongoing contact, Lily suspects the beings were carefully gauging her reaction from the start, noting they gestured while aware she was filming. "I believe they come to me because I believe in them, I am open-minded and I am welcoming towards them," she stated. For Lily Nova, daily encounters with the unexplained have become her remarkable new normal.
