Paris Fury has offered boxing fans an exclusive glimpse into the Fury family's lavish new six-bedroom residence located on the tax haven of the Isle of Man. The sprawling stone-built converted farmhouse and stables, situated in the picturesque countryside near the capital Douglas, is reported to have cost a staggering £8 million.
Relocation Driven by Tax Considerations
The heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury, along with his wife Paris and their eight children, made the move to the island late last year. This relocation came in the wake of Chancellor Rachel Reeves' tax-raising budget, with the family seeking more favourable tax conditions offered by the Isle of Man.
The island's tax regime includes a top income tax rate of just 21% and a tax cap of £220,000, significantly lower than the 40-45% rates often applicable in mainland UK. Additionally, the Isle of Man imposes no capital gains or inheritance taxes, making it an attractive destination for high-net-worth individuals.
Family Life in the Countryside
Paris Fury, 36, took to Instagram to share photographs of herself posing in front of their new property. She also posted amusing footage of a flock of sheep that had invaded their back garden, highlighting the rural nature of their retreat.
The Fury children include daughters Venezuela (16), Valencia (8), and Athena, along with sons Prince John James (15), Prince Tyson II (9), Prince Adonis Amaziah (7), and Prince Rico Paris (2). The family had previously resided in Morecambe, Lancashire, but have expressed being "very fond" of their new Isle of Man home.
Health Kick and Modern Amenities
During her social media tour, Paris showcased the property's modern kitchen and revealed she has embarked on a health kick since moving to the rural location. She explained she is "trying to lose some weight" by eliminating sugar and sweet treats from her diet to improve her overall nutrition.
Official Residency Confirmation
Records filed with Companies House in London confirm that Tyson Luke Fury, 37, as the ultimate beneficial owner of Tyson Fury Ltd, became "usually resident" on the Isle of Man as of December 1st. The same change has been officially notified for his wife Paris, 36, as the beneficial owner of Paris Fury Ltd.
The multiple major heavyweight title winner, whose net worth is estimated at £160 million, and his family had been spotted at various locations around the island in the months leading up to their official relocation. These sightings included Tyson enjoying a drink at the Peveril pub in Peel.
Relationship History and Vow Renewals
The couple, who first met when Paris was just 15 years old and began dating after her 16th birthday, have a long history together. They initially married in 2008 at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, when Paris was 19 and Tyson was 21.
They renewed their vows in April 2013 in New York City, and then again in August last year during a romantic ceremony in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of Southern France. In January, Paris told OK! magazine about potential future vow renewals: "I don't want a big ceremony or a big wedding, I'd like something private with just me and him."
She added humorously: "If he had his way he'd have it like a circus – a whole Big Fat Gypsy Wedding again! But I think I'll go subtle."
Wedding Drama Revealed
In her book, Love and Fury, Paris revealed that their first wedding almost didn't happen after Tyson wanted to rearrange their big day to compete in the Olympics. She wrote: "My fiancé clearly didn’t understand the amount of planning and organisation that went into a wedding. It was one conflict after another and after an ugly slanging match with him outside Mam's house, I decided to call time on the wedding and our relationship."
The breakup proved short-lived when Tyson sent an emotional text message while holidaying in Ibiza, leading to their reconciliation and eventual marriage.
The Fury family's move to the Isle of Man represents a significant lifestyle change, trading their previous Lancashire home for a multi-million pound property in a jurisdiction known for its favourable tax environment. Through regular social media updates, Paris continues to keep fans informed about their new life on the island.
