Rachael Finch, 37, has shared a glimpse into the intense exercise regimen she encourages for her children, daughter Violet, 12, and son Dominic, nine. The former Miss Universe runner-up posted a video on Instagram on Tuesday showing Violet performing a wall-sit while Dominic executed an impressive box jump at a martial arts school.
In the clip, Rachael can be heard cheering, 'Let's go, Dom,' as Dominic launched himself onto a tall crash-pad before jumping down and grabbing his water bottle. She captioned the post simply with 'We work' and a flame emoji.
Rachael frequently shares footage of her children and husband Michael Miziner exercising together, as well as documenting the family's ultra-healthy diet. This habit has previously drawn criticism from some followers, with Rachael being branded an 'almond mum' in 2024—a pejorative term for a mother who pushes disordered eating habits on her children.
At the time, she hit back at the accusations, calling them 'hilarious' and 'downright nasty.' She defended her choice to make 'naked burgers' using lettuce cups instead of bread rolls, saying she has become 'a pro at emotionally responding to these comments.'
More recently, Rachael made headlines for encouraging Violet to try an ice bath, despite experts warning against cryotherapy for children due to their inability to regulate body temperature as well as adults. If children do use ice baths, it is advised that the water is no colder than 10°C, they are supervised, and sessions are limited to five minutes.
