Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah have reportedly renegotiated the terms of their custody agreement for their baby son Roman Pacino, amid rumours of a split that the actor's publicist has denied.
Reports on Thursday suggested the couple had separated, with Alfallah, 29, requesting 'reasonable visitation' for Pacino, 83. However, Pacino's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, told The Independent that the pair 'are still together' and have 'mutually reached agreements' regarding their child.
Rosenfield stated: 'Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together.' The publicist had confirmed in June that the couple had welcomed a son, but did not disclose the baby's date of birth.
According to court records, Alfallah also requested joint legal custody, allowing Pacino to participate in major decisions about Roman's education and medical treatment. The pair reportedly signed a Voluntary Declaration of Parentage after the birth, legally establishing parentage.
Alfallah, a film producer, was first romantically linked to Pacino last year. The couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together in May 2023. Pacino has three older children: daughter Julie Marie, 33, and twins Anton and Olivia, 22.
